If you are not satisfied or need to change your purchase in any way, you have the right to request a refund.

SIMAGA is able to refund purchases of goods within 14 days of delivery. In order to be a valid return, the product must be returned to SIMAGA in its original packaging. There should be no signs of use, abuse or misuse of any kind. The ordered product must be returned to us by Certified Mail , and it is imperative to transmit the Track & Trace information associated with your return package to Contact.simagaeyewear@gmail.com SIMAGA also asks customers to include either the original invoice or a note containing their order number, full name and email address inside the returned package. This information is crucial to speed up the reimbursement process. Failure to provide these documents may result in delays or complications in processing the return.

Once the product has been deemed an eligible return, SIMAGA will reimburse the customer for the financing spent on the returned products less shipping and packaging costs. We advise you to make all reasonable efforts to ensure delivery of returned goods. If the refund request is approved, the funds will be distributed to the User within 7 business days of the refund request. Any item deemed unfit for resale due to mismatched packaging, misuse, alterations or damage will not be accepted by SIMAGA and will be returned to the customer. If you would like to exchange the items you purchased for a different size or color, please contact us. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs and may be required to pay applicable duties, taxes and other fees during the exchange process, and such exchange is subject to stock on hand at SIMAGA. Please note that custom made items cannot be refunded or exchanged as they are made specifically to your request.

Gift returns

If you are returning an item that you received as a gift, you may return the item in exchange for store credit, which will be credited toward a purchase you can make through the online store within one year of the exchange. You will be responsible for paying any additional cost difference, shipping charges or other applicable charges. Defective product

We will gladly exchange or refund defective products provided we are formally informed by email within 14 days of receipt of the items. However, the exchange process may take up to 30 days. Change one's mind

You can change your mind. We will be happy to exchange or refund your order. However, we must be notified within 14 days of receiving your items. Please note that for returns or refunds, shipping costs will be the buyer's responsibility. Buyer should use registered/trackable shipping services and advise the tracking number.
